Our History

Carrollwood Pressure Cleaning & Sealing was one of the original pressure washing companies in the Tampa Bay Area and was established in 1987. With this many years of service its proven we can safely and effectively clean almost any commercial and residential surface!

How did we start paver sealing?

After River Rock Lanai Decks & Driveways started to faze out and pavers started to trend in we jumped on board with knowing all there is to know about sealing. Paver sealing can be tricky and lead to serious problems if done incorrectly which is why as a customer you should be very picky who you choose to let seal your pavers. Using a high quality water based urethane sealer and perfected methods of re-sanding paver joints we are one of the top companies in the area for quality paver sealing.
